Building and Construction Technology provides students with the necessary skills and practical experience to be successful in a variety of careers in the construction industry.

- Long Pants (no sweats)
- Leather Work Shoes/Boots (steel toe not required)
CERTIFICATIONS
Completion of the program prepares you for certification in the following areas:
- National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Core Curriculum Certificate
- OSHA 10-hour certificate through CareerSafe
- Advanced placement in the Associated Builders and Contractors’ (ABC) Apprentice Program.
- Advanced placement and/or testing opportunities through other union or non-union apprenticeship programs.
- Students may earn up to 6 articulated credits with the
Community College of Baltimore County.

As a teacher, there has been no bigger thrill than to see a student's work well done, and the student taking pride in that job.
