In keeping with the mission of Sollers Point of inspiring students to achieve their educational and career goals, all students participate in the Career Connections program. This program provides students with a means to develop the skills and knowledge base necessary to make appropriate and informed decisions in the career development process and prepare them for lifelong learning. In the senior year, teacher-coordinators collaborate with students and business mentors to design a learning plan to meet curriculum indicators, industry standards and individual student goals. A work-based experience offers students an opportunity to fuse academics with the real world and optimize educational achievement.
